 Suyanti Toh, Executive Director of the Group,  has over 12 years of working experiences. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She began her auditing career in Indonesia with a leading international consulting firm before embarking on a new journey to Singapore to further her career. 

Throughout her time with the Group, she progressed from leading a small team to overseeing the entire organisation. She is highly regarded for her competency in producing consistently high-quality results and a customer-centric approach. Her experience spans across various industries, including shipping and logistics, hospitality, crypto-based foundation, IT start-ups, society, investment holding and trading. 

She excels in building and maintaining client relationships, allocating resources, providing ongoing guidance and mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and documenting and reporting findings. 

She has achieved significant milestone by completing two transformative programs: the Sustainability and Green Economy program from Singapore Management University (SMU) and the Sustainability Certificate from ICAEW. These accomplishments have equipped her with a deep understanding of the critical role that sustainability plays in the accounting profession and have positioned her as a dedicated sustainability advocate.

Andrew Ang Su Chau, director of the Group, has over 21 years of experiences. He began his professional journey as a software engineer before joining one of Singapore's renowned international accounting firms, for more than 6 years.

During his tenure with the international firm, he gained extensive exposure to various industries, working with both private and listed companies. His expertise extends across multiple sectors, including property development, real estate investment trusts, construction, hospitality, society, investment, trading, and media. Notably, he actively participated in certification audits and played a crucial role as a reporting accountant for fundraising and investment property acquisitions.

He excels in establishing and nurturing robust client relationships by deeply understanding his clients' business needs and providing effective solutions tailored to meet their requirements. As a director of the Group, he continues to make significant contributions to the field of accounting and assurance.

Senior Manager of Accounting & Advisory, has over 12 years of work experiences. He started with audit career with one of the international accounting firm in Singapore, then with one of the accounting & advisory firm in Singapore before joining the Group. He is currently leading the accounting & advisory department, handling the comprehensive services including accounting, payroll processing, and advisory functions. He is responsible for a diverse portfolio including investment holding and trading, services, and non-profit organisations such as churches and foundations.

 Assistant Manager of the Group's Corporate Compliance and has more than 12 years of experience. She assists with the clients' compliance with the regulators, ensures all corporate actions are well monitored and completed efficiently and accurately. She started her career in a global trust company and professional accounting firm before joining the Group in 2018.

 Paniti, partner of the Group specialising in Private Equity and Fund Legal Advisory in Thailand, has more than 20 years of legal, interim management and private equity experience. He has worked as a lawyer in various transactions and investment ranging from start-up, M&A, special situation investments, debt trades, turnarounds, disputes and corporate governance. He was a co-founder of FBLP Legal Co. Ltd where he was a partner from 2000 to 2007, and subsequently an equity partner with DFDL International Law Offices between 2007 to 2010. Paniti subsequently became a general partner and a director in a Cayman Islands private equity fund with an investment focus on Thailand where he was responsible for investment structuring and transactions, legal due diligence and formation of funds. Paniti has also been the sole acting attorney for an international private equity fund for over 10 years and sits on board of certain of their portfolio companies. Paniti was also previously an independent director of a public listed company quoted in Thailand Stock Exchange.

Paniti was a member of the International Advisory Council of International and Executive Legal Education (IELE), Berkeley Law, University of California between 2009 and 2014. He graduated with an LLB from Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Law in 1992 and received an LLM from University of California, Berkeley in 1995. He is a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Law Society of Thailand.
