 Suyanti Toh, Executive Director of the Group, has more than 10 years of working experiences. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a member of ICAEW. She started her auditing career in Indonesia for 2.5 years with one of the international leading consulting firms before embarking on a new journey to Singapore for her career. During her time with the Group, she has progressed from leading a small team, to a whole audit department, and eventually overseeing the entire Group. She is highly regarded for her competency in producing consistently high-quality results and a customer-centric approach. Sectors she has worked in included shipping and logistics, hospitality, society, investment holding and trading.

Andrew Ang Su Chau, director of the Group, has more than 13 years of work experiences, first as a software engineer, then with one of the international accounting firm in Singapore for more than 6 years before joining Singapore Assurance PAC. During his time in the international firm, he has worked in different industries, across both private and listed companies. Sectors he has worked in included property development, real estate investment trust, construction, hospitality, society, investment, trading and media. He has also worked on certification audit and special engagement acting as reporting accountant for fund raising and acquisition of investment property

 Manager of Accounting & Advisory, has over 12 years of work experiences. He started with audit career with one of the international accounting firm in Singapore, then with one of the accounting & advisory firm in Singapore before joining the Group. He is currently leading the accounting & advisory department, handling the comprehensive services including accounting, payroll processing, and advisory functions. He is responsible for a diverse portfolio including investment holding and trading, services, and non-profit organisations such as churches and foundations.

 Paniti, partner of the Group specialising in Private Equity and Fund Legal Advisory in Thailand, has more than 20 years of legal, interim management and private equity experience. He has worked as a lawyer in various transactions and investment ranging from start-up, M&A, special situation investments, debt trades, turnarounds, disputes and corporate governance. He was a co-founder of FBLP Legal Co. Ltd where he was a partner from 2000 to 2007, and subsequently an equity partner with DFDL International Law Offices between 2007 to 2010. Paniti subsequently became a general partner and a director in a Cayman Islands private equity fund with an investment focus on Thailand where he was responsible for investment structuring and transactions, legal due diligence and formation of funds. Paniti has also been the sole acting attorney for an international private equity fund for over 10 years and sits on board of certain of their portfolio companies. Paniti was also previously an independent director of a public listed company quoted in Thailand Stock Exchange.

Paniti was a member of the International Advisory Council of International and Executive Legal Education (IELE), Berkeley Law, University of California between 2009 and 2014. He graduated with an LLB from Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Law in 1992 and received an LLM from University of California, Berkeley in 1995. He is a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Law Society of Thailand.
